I use moisture lock every day after using the NIRA pro laser. I like the way it locks in moisture and absorbs quickly.

I finished week one using the NIRA Pro 3 Laser and it's wonderful! First off, they give you package inserts! How many times do you receive a package with no receipt, no instructions, nothing. To my shear delight, NIRA sent me several informational pamphlets explaining what the laser does, how to use it, how to pair it into my phone for tracking purposes, etc. It was WONDERFUL and so helpful! After one week of use, I can honestly say that my skin feels softer and the lines are fading. I am excited to see what happens over the next two months.

I have dealt with other companies who do not stand behind their product or make you weary for all you have to do to get help. I have got the Precision Laser just a week ago so I am not able yet to publish any picture showing my results, but besides saying that it's very easy to use, I would like to share my experience with Nira, which I disocvered being such an amazing company, with great customer carer and kindness from the custumer service to the CEO! -
When I placed my order it didn't arrived for nearly 2 months, and I kept receiving updates about my order explaining that there was a delay due to the sudden changing of the European partner. I htne got an email from the CEO David Bean, who apologized for the delay and gave me a free order upgrade adding to my precision laser + gel and cream and product sleeve a new Pro Plus Laser which was worth more than £400
The laser did not come in the box that I eventually received with my order, so I contacted the CEO to ask if I was still entitled to that and he said I was and told me to contact the custumer service to ask for my bonus to be delivered to me. I wrote to the customer care and a very nice lady - Brenda - escalated my request to the relevant team and my bonus item was shipped to me on the following day and the day after it got delivered to my door!
