WARRANTY & RETURNS
The NIRA Laser should only be purchased directly or from authorized sellers:

- QVC USA
- Amazon USA
If purchased from a non-authorized seller, our warranty or return policy does not apply.
Every NIRA purchase is risk-free. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will provide you with a full refund. You have 90 days to return all NIRA Skincare Lasers and skincare products.
To return a product purchased on our website, please call our Customer Support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 1-877-607-6472 to arrange for your return within 90 days of the purchase date. We ask that you please include your return authorization number with your returned NIRA.
We will inspect your return and issue you a full refund of the original purchase price for the returned product, less the amount of return shipping costs and any damaged or missing items.
To be eligible to receive a refund, returns must be postmarked within 14 days from your initial contact with our Customer Service department.
Please allow 1-2 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments. All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
The limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and is in effect for one full year.
If you discover a covered defect in your NIRA Skincare Laser at any time, contact our Customer Support at email@example.com or call 1-877-607-6472 for assistance.
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your NIRA Skincare Laser if you purchased it from an authorized partner or directly from the manufacturer (NIRA). Your limited warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; impact or insertion of foreign objects; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; Acts of God, fire, or water; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions; loss of the NIRA Skincare; normal wear and tear; alteration; overuse; professional use; or commercial use.
If we confirm a defect covered by this limited warranty, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions: (i) replace your NIRA Skincare Laser with either a new or a refurbished NIRA Skincare Laser that is the same as or similar to the NIRA Skincare Laser you purchased; or (ii) repair your NIRA Skincare Laser using either new or refurbished parts.
If we find that the defect in your NIRA SKINCARE LASER is not covered under this limited warranty, we will notify you about the service alternatives that are available on a fee basis. If we find that your NIRA Skincare Lasers not defective, we will notify you and return your NIRA Skincare Laser to you.
All Limited Warranty services must be authorized and performed by NIRA or a service provider authorized by NIRA.
