Every NIRA purchase is risk-free. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will provide you with a full refund. You have 60 days to return all NIRA Skincare Lasers and skincare products.
To return product purchased at a retail store, please return the product to the store within 60 days of the purchase date.
To return product purchased on our website, please call our Client Services Team (+1 781-451-1700 Monday - Friday between 9:30am – 5pm USA Eastern Daylight Time EDT) to arrange for your return by obtaining a RA # (return authorization) within 60 days of the purchase date. We ask that you please include a note inside the box with your name, address, phone number and RA #, along with the product that you are returning in its original packaging within 60 days of the purchase date.
We will inspect your return and issue you a full refund of the original purchase price for the returned product, less the amount of any damaged or missing items and the shipping and handling costs.
To be eligible to receive a refund, returns must be postmarked within 14 days from your initial contact with our Customer Service department.
Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments. All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
