NIRA Skin Return Policy
Every NIRA Skin purchase is risk-free for 60 days.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will provide you with a full refund. You have 60 days to return all NIRA Skincare Laser and skincare products. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
To return a product purchased directly from our website, NIRAskin.com, please call our Client Services Team (1-877-607-NIRA Monday-Friday between 9:30am–5pm USA Eastern Daylight Time EDT) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #) within 60 days of the purchase date.
We ask that you please include a note inside the box with your name, address, phone number and RA #, along with the product that you are returning in its original packaging within 60 days of the purchase date.
To return a product purchased from another source (in-store, Amazon, etc.), please arrange a return directly with that source.
NIRA Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment - less the amount of any damaged or missing items and the shipping and handling costs.
To return your product, you should mail your package to: 200 Corporate Place, Suite 2B, Peabody, MA 01960, United States.
To be eligible to receive a refund, returns must be postmarked within 14 days from your initial contact with our Customer Service department. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your item.
