We offer a 30-day return policy on all new, unopened NIRA Temp products purchased through NIRAtemp.com or NIRAskin.com. For instructions on returning a product, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-877-607-NIRA (Monday - Friday between 9:30am – 5pm USA Eastern Daylight Time EDT) to arrange for your return.
When returning an item, the following terms apply:
- Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
- Please include a note inside the box with your name, order number, and phone number.
- The products must be returned in new, un-opened condition.
- All items shipped back will be at owner's expense.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will inspect your return and issue you a full refund of the original purchase price for the returned product, less the amount of any damaged or missing items and the shipping and handling costs.
To return product purchased at a retail store, please return the product to the store within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible to receive a refund, returns must be postmarked within 14 days from your initial contact with our Customer Service department.
Please allow 1-2 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments. All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
