With the tool usage of a little over a month, I feel like I see better results in fine line diminishment than firming and it’s better where the skin is thinner and less fatter. I’m hoping to see even more improvement soon.

I love the Nira lasers! The Nira Precision is amazing for the under-eye wrinkles which I urgently needed to treat. You truly have to be consistent and use this daily. I got mine up to level 4 in my daily use. I am so impressed as to the results I achieved on my hands. My photos is a 45 day difference. I also love how it gets rid of my pimples in a short amount of time (literally overnight). It’s definitely earned a permanent place in my skincare!

30 Day results have me in awwww. My "After" picture looked blurred but when I zoom in i can see the hairs on my face perfectly!!!

This is a solid, high performing product. I get great results but I want to be clear. My results aren't just Nira. I also workout 6 days per week with combination of cardio and resistance, wash my face twice per day, wear two layers of sunscreen, exfoliate and moisturize consistently, take sleep and rest seriously. I have ordered this 3 times and it never gets delivered. Why can't they fix this with FedEx. Annoying and would not order again. They take your money prior to delivery but never deliver it.

I upgraded from the NIRA Pro Second Gen. I have loved the results, but the short battery life on the Second Gen was frustrating. The Pro 3 battery enables me to do my entire routine in the morning without having to recharge. I also love that it goes up to Level 9 vs Level 5 for the 2nd Gen.

NIRA is a phishing company. I bought their product, the payment processed and cleared. Only for me to receive an email from a very suspicious address (no mention of NIRA in the address) ASKING FOR MY DRIVER'S LICENSE OVER EMAIL. Why do they need my driver's license for a beauty product? Ultimately they refuse to accept my money because I didn't give them my SSN and ID. Shady af

I have owned and used each of the NIRA devices. This is my favorite of the devices. The laser strength and the softer auto beep along with the app are highly recommended. Makes it easy to take care our skin at home.

I like/love this device..I can definitely see improvement. The like part is I’m using on face/neck/arm/thighs and the daily 30 minute grind. Once my 90 day period is over I’ll be back to love.

Don’t waste your money on this. The first one I received stopped working within days. I called NIRA customer service, and they told me to send it back. They said they would send a replacement, which they did. I received the replacement, and now having only used it a handful of times, it overheats after only doing half of my forehead. I called NIRA customer service again, and had to leave a message, and that was over a week ago, and I’ve never received a call back. Again, don’t waste your money on this. Buy the NIRA Pro (the older version) instead. At least that one is still working.

I have noted some improvement in my neck & sagging jaw area. I haven’t noticed much improvement yet in the eye or forehead lines. But I expect with continued use I will see some improvement. My Pro 3 unit works ok. I find the Precision Laser works better in that it stays charged a lot longer. I seem to have to charge the Pro 3 every three to four days. The Pro 3 laser usually stops working midway through a session. It will stop pulsing and I need either wait about a 30 -45 seconds for it to decide to pulse again or I shut it off and turn it back on to get it to start up again. I am unsure if this is normal or I have a defective unit. My sister who has one asked me about it because she is encountering the same issue. The Pro 3 goes up to a level 9 but I still cannot figure our how to know when it is above a level 5 because it only gives you 5 lighted levels and there are no clear instructions on how you can tell when you are at a level above level 5. The app is another issue. It seems to lag a day behind on the calendar/graph. My sister who has one also noted the same issue. I found that if I shut the Pro 3 off, turn it on again and do a more couple pulses then shut it off a second time, it will register the day. For the price I paid, I would think the app and pro 3 should work better.
