When it works it’s great. I have purchased 2 other devices previously fromNIRA one of which still works. The pro 3 stopped heating. I contacted NIRA and was told to check the app. It has not worked. It makes the right sounds but there is no heat.

With the tool usage of a little over a month, I feel like I see better results in fine line diminishment than firming and it’s better where the skin is thinner and less fatter. I’m hoping to see even more improvement soon.

I received a second lesser version for a much discounted price and use it for back-up when the other is charging and will travel with one of them.
Suggestion for improvement: only one beep and when it’s on the skin for the correct amount of time.

I love the Nira lasers! The Nira Precision is amazing for the under-eye wrinkles which I urgently needed to treat. You truly have to be consistent and use this daily. I got mine up to level 4 in my daily use. I am so impressed as to the results I achieved on my hands. My photos is a 45 day difference. I also love how it gets rid of my pimples in a short amount of time (literally overnight). It’s definitely earned a permanent place in my skincare!

30 Day results have me in awwww. My "After" picture looked blurred but when I zoom in i can see the hairs on my face perfectly!!!

really, really impressive....both photos taken about an hour after rising, no make-up (day 1 had a lovely stye situation in each eye (one side on lower lid, one side upper lid))....and I even missed 5 days in January when I was away on vacation (forgot to pack it)

I have been using the NIRA Pro 3 laser for just over 50 days! I have noticed subtle changes in my skin tone on my face and a slight softening in my fine lines around my eyes.
I’ve decided to reserve my decision of whether or not it has addressed and helped my concerns until after 90 days of use!
I’m disappointed in the app because it does not capture every use of the device! Most days it captures my usage an other random days it does not. I have faithfully used the device everyday since I opened the box. 3 of the 50+ days the device has shut off in the middle of the treatment!
I’ve taken before photos and plan to compare them after the 90 day mark. Time will tell.

This is a solid, high performing product. I get great results but I want to be clear. My results aren't just Nira. I also workout 6 days per week with combination of cardio and resistance, wash my face twice per day, wear two layers of sunscreen, exfoliate and moisturize consistently, take sleep and rest seriously. I also consume minimal processed sugar, few refined carbs, lots of vegetables, and I drink a lot of water. I use Nira daily but not just Nira. Good skincare is a multi-factorial.proces

I have ordered this 3 times and it never gets delivered. Why can't they fix this with FedEx. Annoying and would not order again. They take your money prior to delivery but never deliver it.

I upgraded from the NIRA Pro Second Gen. I have loved the results, but the short battery life on the Second Gen was frustrating. The Pro 3 battery enables me to do my entire routine in the morning without having to recharge. I also love that it goes up to Level 9 vs Level 5 for the 2nd Gen.

NIRA is a phishing company. I bought their product, the payment processed and cleared. Only for me to receive an email from a very suspicious address (no mention of NIRA in the address) ASKING FOR MY DRIVER'S LICENSE OVER EMAIL. Why do they need my driver's license for a beauty product? Ultimately they refuse to accept my money because I didn't give them my SSN and ID. Shady af
