I bought my first generation Nira when it came out a few years back. The battery unfortunately died, and when I contacted the company they were very helpful! I am pleasantly surprised by their excellent and prompt customer service and am now upgraded to a Nira Pro. Along with the Nira Pro, I use the Nira Precision laser around my eyes. The changes are very gradual but that's exactly what I want! I'm frequently mistaken to be ten years younger than my age. As a physician who worked at a dermatologist's practice for two years, I've seen a fair share of side effects from laser treatments that are too strong (hyperpigmentation and worsening of melasma), or procedures that result in facial fat loss. I'd much prefer a gentle daily treatment! I will be forever a Nira customer.
I received my NIRA on August 15 and am nearing the two month mark. I can say, hands down, that this is the best choice if you are looking to slow down the aging process without clinic visits and clinic prices. As I turn 50 in April, I have clients repeatedly tell me that I don’t look old enough to be in my profession for 22 years, nor do I look old enough to have a 20 year old daughter. Thank you for the confidence boost, NIRA.
Easy to use. Noticible improvement in my skin fine lines, diminished deeper ones. The moisturizer and cream absorb well and skin is soft. Good purchase!
Excellent product. I saw results within the first week!
The laser is amazing already beginning to see results !! Quick and painless
Love my Nira Pro and skincare products! I’m 70 years old and have Nira serum and moisturizer on subscription. Highly recommend.
I was introduced to this laser by Jacqui, the owner of Bonne Vie Salon and Spa in Derry, NH. I was previously in the beauty industry and now work in healthcare, so at 61 years old, I’ve tried more products and devices than I can count!
I have two LED masks that are now “resting,” because I simply cannot stop reaching for this device. I love everything about it—the ease and quickness of use, the soothing warmth, and, most importantly, the results I started noticing very early on.
I struggled with rosacea for years, to the point that I was prescribed both topical and oral medications. Thankfully, that has pretty much subsided. My skin feels tighter, looks healthier overall, and has a noticeable glow. I can actually tell a difference when I skip it for a day or two.
I genuinely love this device and will not be without it!
Love this case! Very handy for traveling! Well made and sturdy! I strongly recommend purchasing one to keep your laser device clean and safely stored away!
I have been using the NIRA Pro 3 laser for just over 50 days! I have noticed subtle changes in my skin tone on my face and a slight softening in my fine lines around my eyes.
I’ve decided to reserve my decision of whether or not it has addressed and helped my concerns until after 90 days of use!
I’m disappointed in the app because it does not capture every use of the device! Most days it captures my usage an other random days it does not. I have faithfully used the device everyday since I opened the box. 3 of the 50+ days the device has shut off in the middle of the treatment!
I’ve taken before photos and plan to compare them after the 90 day mark. Time will tell.
I’ve been using my Nira laser twice a day for over a year now, and I truly love it. When I ran into an issue, their customer service completely turned the experience around — quick to respond, genuinely attentive, and they resolved everything with real care and professionalism. It’s rare to find support this good. Thank you, Nira team, for such a great product and even better service. I’ll keep recommending you!
I love this product because it has a lovely low sheen but gives immediate glowy results. My skin feels firmer and more even in tone. I only need to use half a pea sized amount for my whole face. I Pat it on thinly rather than rubbing it in. Great value for such good quality.
AMAZING!! This serum is very soothing and absorbs quickly. My skin feels very soft and moist, it's lightweight and feels like a glass of water for your face. A little goes a long way! I use it every day and it works well with all of my products. Nira is
This is a great peptide cream. It works well after Nira Pro treatments. It keeps skin very hydrated. It will be part of my daily skin regiment.
The Nira Pro has improved my skin significantly and it does not take a lot of time. I will continue with it. I like both the Peptide Cream and the Hyaluronic Acid Serum. It is worth the money.
I absolutely love my Nira Pro!!! I hate when I miss a session. I feel better and my skin looks better with regular use.
This is a solid, high performing product. I get great results but I want to be clear. My results aren't just Nira. I also workout 6 days per week with combination of cardio and resistance, wash my face twice per day, wear two layers of sunscreen, exfoliate and moisturize consistently, take sleep and rest seriously. I also consume minimal processed sugar, few refined carbs, lots of vegetables, and I drink a lot of water. I use Nira daily but not just Nira. Good skincare is a multi-factorial.proces
I purchased the bundle. Absolutely love the Youth Renewal peptide cream. It glides on smoothly and nourishes my skin. However I was not a fan of the moisture-lock hyaluronic acid serum. It was very sticky. I will continue to keeping using the peptide cream.
I have just initiated the use of Nira but am impressed with the device and skin products. This little hand held Nira heats up quickly, and feels soothing to facial skin. Easy to use, and the “ping” sounds alert me when to move device to a different area for treatment. Recharges quickly, with an automatic fan for cooling when needed.
I’ve been using NIRA daily and already see an improvement. The secret is consistency.
Charging cable arrived quickly and works perfectly! Love the Nira
In my late 30s, this laser is a godsend! 2 minutes each night and my face looks way more youthful.
Nira skin care bundle is excellent, moisture lock and peptide cream are improving my skin and Nira pro and precision laser have been reducing the appearance of wrinkles drastically. After 1 1/2 years of use I can attest to the positive difference it made on my face.
Definitely recommend all Nira products.
I love the NIRA Moisture Lock Hyaluronic Serum. It soaks quickly and completely into my skin. The skin seems to drink it up. I have been using it for a year now and I have no intention of stopping. I get it on auto delivery and I feel for the quality it is a good value. I love the packaging also. The pump is easy to use and pumps out just the right amount. The product is perfect in every way and that is why I keep using it.
