Yes, the Nira Pro Laser (2nd Gen) is guaranteed for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If the device breaks or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge. In cases of severe damage due to gross negligence or abuse, a damage fee may apply to cover replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping costs.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.
