Well I loved it until I wanted to upgrade to pro + and was told to send it back before I could receive pro + and then got an email it was out of stock and when I emailed that I was sooo upset to be without it I didn’t get any email back! Not great customer service and no Nira pro+ either!
The hair clips are great. Real pretty and easy to just clip on at a moments notice. Versatile and go with everything.
I did wait quite a while for my lasers. I got both the Nira and the pro in a bundle and didn't get the pro for months. I have noticed slight changes after using for about three months and I am using the skincare, which I also got late on back order. Skin texture is definitely better. My Nira Laser also only lasts about 20 minutes per charge.
It would be great if Nira would offer a real upgrade for the loyal users of your product, such as….an exchange discount for our old devices we purchased and offer us a decent discount towards your new Nira pro+. This would be greatly appreciated by your loyal owners of your first version of Nira pro.
I feel like the precision laser works better. I can actually feel it working. Most of the time I wonder if the larger laser is doing anything to change my skin. But the precision laser is of course too small to use on your whole face.
I am a woman/female in my late 30s, I am mixed with a more Indian (tan/light brown skin prone to scarring). Having recently been blessed with a surge of hormones that resulted in bad acne all over my cheeks, I was feeling very low for the fact that I am a female and I can’t seem to escape the many blessings that come with being female aka wild waves of hormones, 30 years of unpredictable periods, possible endo, susceptibility to a lot of diseases, bone issues, brain issues, depression, etc. huzzah. Being female can be rough even when no one can see it. So the visibility of the acne (which scars a dark brown on my face) was just too much.
I had heard that this laser helped with the scars, and since I looked like a sick dragon, in addition to mom already telling me “you look tired,” plus getting more wrinkles because I was too cool for sunscreen last decade, I decided it was worth the money. I’m almost forty and this was an investment to promote my love of my body, not by despising natural aging, but by giving my self more loving care as I do age. The laser has so far: lightened up my scars, and notably has not irritated my skin to cause new acne to form. I use it on my eye and forehead wrinkles and no significant changes seen yet. But I got it for my scars, so I am happy! They were fading so slowly on their own and now some are so light I don’t need to use concealer.
The most impressive bundle that has proven to be an absolute success in my skin care routine has been the new product line for my younger look and I am loving this new brand.
These are great lasers. The precision one works great for individual pimples and for around the eye and mouth. The larger one covers the rest of my face. I had the precision one for a while but didn't use it as much cuz I needed something that also works with the whole face. Now that I have both I use them more often too
I have been using this device for just about two weeks and I cannot say enough! The results after this short period of time are so incredible! I am hooked. I run home to wash my face and complete a session every night!
I’ve been using the precision laser for just over 60 days and am starting to see slight improvement in the eye area. It’s quick and easy to use, and I’m hopeful about seeing more noticeable results after the 90 day mark.
30 Day results have me in awwww. My "After" picture looked blurred but when I zoom in i can see the hairs on my face perfectly!!!
I am an extremely busy person and found out that I can use my laser while I listen to to news. I set up a basket by my living room couch and it works perfectly!

This device works and fast. I can get through my face in minutes. I have sensitive skin, it targets lines and wrinkles with no irritation. People have been commenting on how good my skin looks and asking what products I use . I use the peptide cream and serum after my Nira. It’s few minutes a day and worth it when you see results.
Just got my NIRA Pro+ last week after the USPS went berserk and sent the first one into never-never land. Customer Service rep Maramba kept me up to date and was just wonderful.
Although I enjoyed using this unit, two of them stopped working, even though I took much care with them. One after14 months, the other after 18 months. The company will not replace them for you if you’ve owned them more than a year. They need to step up, and warrant these for at least two years.
It's the end of March now and I've been using the original Nira Pro since sometime in December. My fine lines might be very slightly lessened, but I honestly can't tell if there's any difference, it's so minute if there's been any improvement. I'll probably buy the new, stronger Nira Pro soon and see if it does something more noticeable.

I feel like I have that glow back after years of feeling like my face was aging and there was nothing I could do about it. When you are hitting that big 70, you are happy to make friends with NIRA as it could be your best friend. The NIRA is easy to use and it will show you results. I can't afford fillers and surgery, but I could afford the NIRA.
The nira precision is easy to use as the clue is in the title, however the larger one, ie the pro keeps beeping & not working as well. I did send an email to attest to this , however nobody responded. I just wish it worked as robustly as the other one & wasn’t so temperamental.
I have been using the Nira Pro for almost 1 year. I wish I had taken before and after photos because the improvement in my 68 year old skin is truly unbelievable. I am a skeptical person and usually find that claims of great benefits are greatly exaggerated. Not so with Nira. For me, the Pro has taken 10 years or more off my face. I notice my forehead is a lot smoother and has fewer wrinkles; wrinkles around my eyes are barely there; softened the lines around my mouth and lifted that area, reducing sag on my jawbone; also, an overall tightening and glow to my skin. I'm positively thrilled! Another wonderful aspect is the customer service. My device began malfunctioning at about 9 months old. I contacted Nira after trying their recommendations for trouble shooting. Nira replaced the device with zero hassle, and my new device was in my hand in just 1 week from the initial contact. How refreshing to have such great customer service! Ladies, find a way to afford this. If you use it 2x/day like I did, you'll start liking what you see in the mirror, and the compliments are a boost to one's spirit.
really, really impressive....both photos taken about an hour after rising, no make-up (day 1 had a lovely stye situation in each eye (one side on lower lid, one side upper lid))....and I even missed 5 days in January when I was away on vacation (forgot to pack it)
I saw results within 2 months and more significant ones after 3 months. I have been using Nira nearly every day since and believe it (along with an effective skin care regimen thanks to Angie of Hot & Flashy) has given my 62-year-old face a more youthful appearance. My skin looks better than it did 5 years ago!
