Returns & Refund Policy

Every NIRA purchase is risk-free and can be returned for a full refund within 90-days of the order delivery date.

To return a product purchased from our website ( please contact our Customer Support team by emailing or calling 1-877-607-6472 to arrange for your return by obtaining a RA # (return authorization) within 90 days of the order delivery date.

To expedite the process, we ask that you please include a note inside your return shipment that includes your name, address, phone number, and RA #, along with the product that you are returning in its original packaging.

If the item was not purchased on, to initiate a return, please contact the customer service team for the company from which you pruchased the product.

Once received, we will inspect your returned product(s) and issue a full refund of the original purchase price to your original payment method, less the amount of return shipping costs, priority/expedited shipping costs, and any damaged or missing items. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your initial contact with our Customer Support team.

Please note that we are only able to issue refunds for NIRA products purchased directly from If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

Price Matching Policy

If you placed an order on and find a lower price within 7 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a price adjustment by reaching out to our Customer Support team. Limitations apply and are subject to change without notice. Adjustments are made at the sole discretion of NIRA.


NIRA will replace authentic devices that are eligible for warranty service. Every new NIRA device sold includes a 90-day money-back guarantee and a one (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. Warranties are only valid for items purchased through authorized sellers.

If you discover a covered defect in your NIRA laser at any time, contact our Customer Support at or call 1-877-607-6472 for assistance.

The limited warranty begins on the date of order delivery and is in effect for one (1) full year. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your NIRA Laser if you purchased it from an authorized seller or directly from the manufacturer (NIRA). Your limited warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; impact or insertion of foreign objects; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; Acts of God, fire, or water; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions; loss of the NIRA Laser; normal wear and tear; alteration; overuse; professional use; or commercial use.

If we confirm a defect covered by this limited warranty, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions: (i) replace your NIRA Laser with either a new or a refurbished NIRA Laser that is the same as or similar to the NIRA Laser you purchased; or (ii) repair your NIRA Laser using either new or refurbished parts. 

If we find that the defect in your NIRA Laser is not covered under this limited warranty, we will notify you about the service alternatives that are available on a fee basis. If we find that your NIRA Laser is not defective, we will notify you and return your NIRA Laser to you.

All Limited Warranty services must be authorized and performed by NIRA or a service provider authorized by NIRA.
